To create an admission form, go to School Management-> Manage Admissions-> Admission Form or Click Here. You can edit the default form created by Buzzapp as per your requirements, or create a unique form from scratch. Every form response will be available on the same page and each of those those leads can be managed individually. Please note that the admission form will only be accessible during the provided admission dates.
